What if we can stop Alzheimer’s before it starts?

Our focus is simple: stop Alzheimer’s before it starts. This disease steals the moments that make us who we are and the memories we share. That’s why we believe in attacking Alzheimer’s from every angle — because every breakthrough means more time, more hope and more moments together for families who can’t wait.

CBS News Sunday Morning: Promising clinical trials in Alzheimer’s prevention

In this national spotlight, CBS News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook sits down with Randall J. Bateman, MD, to explore groundbreaking global clinical trials that are redefining the future of Alzheimer’s care — proving that continued research matters now more than ever.

Preventing Alzheimer’s: Families on the front line

After losing his father and brother to early-onset Alzheimer’s, Jake Heinrichs carries the same gene but is still asymptomatic at 51 — the same age his father was when he passed. He and other Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network families at WashU Medicine and around the world continue to push research forward through the world’s first prevention trials.
